So what is it that we do here? Well, it’s not WHAT we do, it’s HOW we do it that matters.
Most of us know what needs to get done, right? The hard part is knowing where to start, and how to make it stick.
That’s where I come in.
I am a nutrition lifestyle consultant with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. I am also a freelance nutrition writer and a former private chef. I’ve had a lifelong passion for culinary art, nutrition and the wholistic sensory experience of food. My professional mission is to enable sustainable change in dietary lifestyle habits as a means to affect and improve physical and emotional well-being.

The Person Behind Them:
I use the word moxie (Moxie; force of character, determination, or nerve) when I describe my approach/mission because I think that in order to reach your audience you need be accessible and really bring your personality to the table.
I have a genuine, compassionate approach to working with people. This stems from a deeply-held belief that honesty, trust and vulnerability lead to genuine, lasting change. Hence the business name, “All On The Table.” Everything on the table, nothing held back. This accountability and empowerment, created between me and my clients, and sustained by the client, are at the core of my mission.
If you’re committed, I’ll hustle with you. Let’s get you what you want!
Hiring Sara to be our personal chef was the best decision I've ever made. We started eating Paleo, and coming up with meals proved challenging (especially since I'm a picky eater). We work A LOT and are active in charity organizations, so spending any of my "extra" time in the kitchen was not idea/enjoyable for me. We hired Sara to cook 3 meals a week, and after 3 months of eating healthy (absolutely NO exercise), I lost 20 lbs. Sara also introduced us to grass-fed meats and I doubt we will ever go back to "regular" meat. I'm THRILLED about her meals. EVERY single one was delicious, healthy, and creative. I would highly recommend Sara's services.– H. Bundgaard, Geneva, IL
Sara has helped my son out tremendously with this eating. My son is 4 and has SPD and OCD. All he would eat was Cheerios on the floor by the TV. I was mentioning to her how he won't eat and because of that he isn't gaining weight. After talking to her she helped me with ideas as to how to get him to eat; cut food out into different shapes, and invite him to play with the shapes at the table is my favorite idea she gave. He went from never eating sandwiches or anything remotely healthy to eating sandwiches and fruit all the time. I can't thank her enough. She put herself in the mindset of a child and came up with creative ways to help my son. She turned eating, which was a chore for him, into play time. Now I can thankfully say he eats 3 meals a day. She is also a very kind person and my children adore her and love giving her high fives. I highly recommend her.– Melanie H., St. Charles, IL
Sara has been providing meals for us for the past two weeks. Healthy, clean and great taste. It's been fun to share her passion for food and helping us eat better and more easily. We get to give her feedback on the meals so she can make adjustments tailored for our own preferences for textures, flavors and combinations. Thank you, Sara.– William G., Geneva, IL
