Most of us know what needs to get done, right? The hard part is knowing where to start, and how to make it stick.

That’s where I come in.

I am a nutrition lifestyle consultant with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. I am also a freelance nutrition writer and a former private chef. I’ve had a lifelong passion for culinary art, nutrition and the wholistic sensory experience of food. My professional mission is to enable sustainable change in dietary lifestyle habits as a means to affect and improve physical and emotional well-being.

My expertise in the field of dietetics and nutrition includes extensive education, training and experience in culinary, agricultural, clinical and community applications. This broad and deep acumen provides the foundation for my consulting practice.

The Person Behind Them:

I use the word moxie (Moxie; force of character, determination, or nerve) when I describe my approach/mission because I think that in order to reach your audience you need be accessible and really bring your personality to the table.

I have a genuine, compassionate approach to working with people. This stems from a deeply-held belief that honesty, trust and vulnerability lead to genuine, lasting change. Hence the business name, “All On The Table.” Everything on the table, nothing held back. This accountability and empowerment, created between me and my clients, and sustained by the client, are at the core of my mission.
